With Mike back from tour, I've been more than excited to get back into taking blog photos again. Somehow I think the whole thing is more fun when he's around to turn it into an adventure, and I feel too self conscious setting up a tripod and all that jazz. Besides, usually giggling ensues and it winds up being a grand old time with Mike!
Tonight was supposed to be set aside to taking pictures of the super duper outfit that Quincy sent me for my birthday last month, but a combination of about 6 inches of fresh snow and a lack of daytime availability made it next to impossible! You can sort of catch a little glimpse of it through my open jacket in one of these pictures, but there will be more I promise you!
In the mean time, this snow has arrived at the perfect time to make me want to stay inside my apartment or at coffee shops and write these three last papers that will conclude this insane semester!
Is it snowing anywhere else yet?

Such great photos! You look like you're having loads of fun. I haven't seen or touched snow since my childhood when my parents took us kids to Lake Tahoe (I think it was Lake Tahoe). It always seems so magical and ethereal in photos, much like this entire post!
We got some flurries here in south Texas. Very odd though- won't happen again I'm sure! =(

I'm jealous. We had flurries last week here in Texas and everyone was freaking out! I can't imagine what would happen if snow actually stuck to the ground...

That looks so fun! There is two feet of snow already at my home town..in Southern California! I lived in the mountains there, and they're having a good winter so far.
Aww, snow!!!! I don't really miss it but the first snow is always so much fun, especially when it's so close to Christmas and you can do fun things like go to Christmas tree farms and watch cheesy old Christmas programs on TV!
I can't wait to see the rest of your outfit, but it looks like a pretty perfect winter outfit from what I can see . . I love how you wear long socks under your boots. You Canadians must have a monopoly on great cold weather style!! :)

Oh, I wish it would snow here! Sadly, it never does, but it looks like so much fun! :(
SNOW! Jealous! It's been super cold here but also really dry so we haven't had any snow. I know it's a hassle (especially since I have to drive to get anywhere) but it's just so pretty I can't help but wish for snow.
